Visual changes in Bulgarian retail chains

The entries of international chains of high-class on Bulgarian market get local merchants to follow certain standard corporate vision. That's why this year more often observed the process of upgrading their stores through the introduction of a common concept of building and furnishing.

Except providing financing, the companies also face the problem of organization and control of the implementation of such a large project. In general, merchants already have their own building, built on the principle build-to-suit. When they have begun the process of expansion, usually they have hired objects in densely populated areas where the opportunities for building their own stores are limited.

Location, location, location. These are the three factors that determine the price of a property according to the old rule of the property market. That is why market logic suggests when hiring, investors to follow mainly data on passenger traffic and its solvency, which often makes them hostages to the location and its shortcomings or limitations.

The organization of space is a matter not only of interiors but also on careful technical assessment of the project manager. Commercial premises are mostly located on ground floors, old buildings do not have current plans and any underestimation of risks could have serious consequences. Therefore, compromises when choosing a location must be weighed against the consequences associated with the project.
