The last three months of 2015 will be quite dynamic for the real estate market on the basis of what is happening so far this year. We witnessed the active summer season , in which the interest on the purchase in Sofia and other big cities and holiday properties remained stable.
Buyers are already very well oriented in supply and quickly decide which properties are high quality and properly priced . Accordingly, the decisions are taken quickly, i.e. buyers are willing to conclude transactions. This will motivate sellers to enter the market with good offers to conclude a bargain and to finish the year successfully, and this will condition the existence of a well-balanced and active property market in the coming months.
Data of the Registry Agency shows that for the last quarter of 2014 are concluded a record for the year on a quarterly basis over 65 000 transactions in the property market . The last quarter is the most - heavily as purely psychological people realize that they remain a few days until the end of the year and if they had a plan to buy or sell property in 2015 , it is not much time left and should act quickly.
People and companies now have clarity what they earned and saved during the year and what they can invest or spend , and this boosts consumption and investment as a whole in the last quarter.
